Clients can make as many requests as they wish and are under no obligation to accept any quotes from our therapists.

To receive quotations on your chosen therapy go to www.quotemytherapy.com

  • Step 1: Select a therapy form the drop down list
  • Step 2: Enter your location
  • Step 3: Click to "Get A Quote"

After the request is submitted by you, therapists in your area will be invited to provide you with quotations.

They are alerted via email as their profiles match your request in one of the following ways:

  1. The nature of the therapy (e.g Massage)
  2. Your location (e.g. Leicester)

To accept a quote, click on "My Account" once you are logged in. Click "View Quotes" and you will then see a list of all your quotes. 

Simply choose the therapist you wish to book with by clicking the "Accept Quote" button next to their profile which will then take you to PayPal to pay your deposit.

Once you have paid your deposit to quotemytherapy.com you will then receive your chosen therapist's contact details via email. It is then your responsibility to contact them to arrange a suitable appointment.

To secure your chosen therapist, you are required to pay a deposit to quotemytherapy.com. This payment is only taken after you’ve accepted a quote from a therapist. The deposit can be made via PayPal.

After paying the initial deposit to quotemytherapy.com, you then pay the remaining balance directly to your chosen therapist.

The amount you are quoted on quotemytherapy.com, is the total amount you pay for the therapy. There are no hidden extras.

All therapists on quotemytherapy.com are required to pass our secure verification process before being allowed to register and accept bookings via our site.

We check and verify our therapists by their qualifications, valid insurance cover and professional association or governing body memberships.

If you no longer require the therapy, you can remove your request from the site at any time.

To remove a request, go to your "My Quotes" page and click "Cancel this Quote" on the request you wish to cancel. If you wish to remove this from your list you can then click "Delete this quote" and it will be removed. You will be asked to confirm the removal of the item.

If you do not accept a quote within 30 days, your request automatically expires, however if you need the therapy after the expiration date it can easily be re-listed by submitting a new request.

Manage Requests

When choosing a therapist, there are a few things to consider other than quotation given. To help you choose a therapist, research their profiles for;

  • Their qualifications 
  • A location most convenient for you (you can see the immediate post code area on the therapists profile)
  • Their level of experience

These will all give you an indication of how a therapist is most suited to your needs, ultimately helping you make your choice.

You can view all active quotes by going to your "My quotemytherapy.com" page and pressing the ‘View Quotes’ button. You will receive email alerts when any new quotes have been placed - with the option to decline if you wish to do so.

Please note - You are under no obligation to accept any of the quotes you receive from Therapists. We do however advise you to immediately decline any quotes that you do not wish to accept.

If you no longer require your request for therapy, you can remove it at any time during the live auction. To remove a request, go to your quotemytherapy.com page and locate your request in question and click "Cancel Request". You will then be asked to confirm its removal.

My Account

If you can’t access your account, click the "Lost your Password?" link, which will appear in a red box after a failed login attempt.

Enter your email address and press "Get new Password" and you will be sent an email with a new password.

Once you have regained access to your account, you can change your password again by going to "My Account" on your profile page.

Sign in to your account and click on "My Account" You can change your email address here. Remember to save your changes before leaving the page.

This will be the email address you will then use to sign into the site.

If you prefer to not receive emails informing you of submitted quotes and other activity, then you can disable these by logging into your account. Go to "My Personal Details" and select the "Disable notification emails" option.

You will always receive email notifications by default when:

  • You receive a message from a Therapist
  • You accept a quote
  • When a new quote is received on one your therapy requests
  • When a quote is withdrawn on one of your therapy requests

The notifications are in place for your convenience so the more notifications you receive, the better understanding you’ll have of all activity.

You can view all active quotes by going to your "My quotemytherapy.com" page and pressing the "View Quotes" button. You will receive email alerts when any new quotes have been placed - with the option to decline if you wish to do so.

Please note - You are under no obligation to accept any of the quotes you receive from Therapists. We do however advise you to immediately decline any quotes that you do not wish to accept.

Accepting and confirming a quote

To accept a quote, click on "View Quotes"’ on your profile page.

Choose the therapist you wish to book with - click the 'Accept Quote' button and follow the simple deposit payment procedure to secure the therapist. Deposits can be made using PayPal.

Upon acceptance, you will receive your chosen therapist's contact details via email for all further correspondence and arrangements.

To confirm your chosen therapist and receive their contact details, you are required to pay a small deposit to quotemytherapy.com.

This payment is taken after you have accepted a quote and can be paid securely through a PayPal account or by credit or debit card.

Having paid your initial deposit to quotemytherapy.com, the remaining balance of the quotation provided is then paid directly to your chosen therapist.

Once you have secured your booking through quotemytherapy.com, we will then email you the contact details of your chosen therapist.

You should then contact the therapist directly to arrange a suitable appointment.

Having received confirmation of your chosen therapist from quotemytherapy.com and their contact details, all further communication is then solely between yourself and the therapist.

Having confirmed your booking through quotemytherapy.com, the remaining balance of the quote given is then paid directly to the therapist, generally upon completion of the therapy. This must be paid through the payment methods and terms set by the therapist.

Please note: You do not pay the therapist any more than the amount of the quotation you accepted.

All contact information for the therapist you have chosen will be sent to you via email as soon as you have paid your deposit via PayPal.
